At Last! An easy to install fall arrest system for roof workers.

In 2007 Steve McCann, then a Work Safe Inspector, had interviewed a worker who had sustained serious injuries due to a fall while working on a roof.

The worker had fallen through a roof frame onto the concrete floor below and sustained life changing injuries as a result.

It came to light that there had never been any practical fall protection provided for workers who are employed to work at heights in the housing construction industry.

So Steve initiated the quest to find an easy to install,cost effective solution.

The idea has developed with the valuable input of business partners Jane Leeming who’s area of expertise being manufacturing, and Jim Hayman who has spent a lifetime in the construction industry. Together we have produced and successfully tested this system which when implemented will benefit the entire housing construction industry.

This certified fall arrest system has an international patent pending.
